Student Schedule
Pre-approval is required for certain types of projects, specifically those involving Human Subjects, Vertebrate Animals, or Potentially Hazardous Biological Agents. The submission deadline for pre-approval paperwork is January 21. The Scientific Review Committee will meet on January 28 to review the paperwork and determine whether the experiment may proceed, or whether changes are necessary.
Deadlines for registering for the Expo itself are as follows:
February 19th for an early registration fee of $15.00 per person.
February 26th for a late registration fee of $25.00 per person

The NHSEE staff and security will not admit projects outside of this scheduled set up time. Projects may be delivered and set up by a parent, teacher, or other designated person if the entrant is unable to do so personally.

You should be interviewed by at least three different judges for your category. The judges may arrive individually or in groups of two or three.
